fix(sway): extend post-IMAP SMTP grace period 1s -> 5s
The IMAP '* OK' banner arrives before the SMTP listener on 1025 is
fully ready. 1s wasn't always enough — Thunderbird would still race
into a 'failed to connect to 127.0.0.1, please retry' dialog.
